The lodges sleep one to four persons and are strictly
non-smoking
Lodges are available between 16.30 and 18.00 on day of arrival and must be
vacated before 10am on day of departure
We supply all bed linen but not towels, tea towels or table linen
Electricity is charged according to your meter reading
Reservations

availability page. As things change on a daily basis you should also contact us by telephone or email
to check that your chosen lodge is still available and to make a provisional reservation.

Overseas guests should
contact us by email as payment can be made by Wire Transfer. This is a very
secure method of payment (bank to bank). Your own bank may charge you a small
fee for this service.
When we receive your booking form and deposit we will send you
a confirmation and the final account by email. The confirmation will show a
final payment date one month before you are due to arrive. Failure to pay by
that date will result in cancellation.

Cancellation:
Provisional reservations are made by telephone or email but
may be cancelled after 5 working days if the deposit has not been
received.
If you have to cancel your booking within one month of your arrival and the
lodge remains unlet as a result of the cancellation, then
the total rent must be paid.
If the lodge is re-let the total rent paid in advance will be repaid,
less the deposit.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months before arrival, the deposit will be
repaid (less any incurred expenses, phone, advertising etc.) if
the lodge is re-let.
Tenants are advised to take out insurance against
cancellation, which is available from most insurance companies.
Check In Times
Check in times are between 16.30
and 18.00 on day of arrival. Any party intending to arrive after 18.00 hours must
telephone the management in advance to arrange entry, Tel: 01971 502003
Conditions of Hire
The maximum number of people allowed to use the property must
not exceed four. Overnight guests may be admitted if approved by the management.
There will be a charge of £10.00 per person per night.
The management will not accept responsibility for any loss or
damage to the hirers property and will not be liable for any accident to persons
hiring the lodges.
Tenants must undertake to leave the lodge in the same clean
state as they find it. Breakages/damages must be paid for by the
tenant before departure.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse a booking or to
repossess a chalet where damage has been caused or, in the opinion of the
proprietor, is likely to be caused by the hirer or a member of the hirer's
party. In such cases the proprietor will not be liable to refund any portion of
the hire charge.
Electricity is charged by meter reading. Readings will be
taken when you arrive and again when you are ready to leave. Your account should
be settled on the day of your departure.
Bed Linen and Towels
All bed linen is provided . However tea towels and personal
towels should be provided by the hirer. Personal towels and tea towels are available
at an extra charge (£8.00 per person). Please enquire at the time of booking.
Pets
Well behaved small dogs are allowed in two designated lodges, by
special arrangement only. There is a charge of £15.00 per dog per week. The
maximum number of dogs permitted is two. They must be kept under strict control
and must not be left unattended in the lodge. Dog bedding must be provided by
the hirer and dogs must not be allowed on furniture or beds. Owners are
responsible for immediately cleaning up any dog mess left around the
lodges.
Smoking
All our lodges are strictly non-smoking.
